We encourage you to stay with your NHS GP and we are happy to give reports to you so that you maintain continuity with them.
Patient records are stored securely on our Information Management System. These can be shared with you by secure email.
Records are only shared with third parties with patient’s prior consent, unless there is a legal obligation upon us to so do. This could include a child protection or adult safeguarding situation.

A limited on site pharmacy will be able to dispense simple antibiotics and analgesia. However, private prescriptions for other items not stocked by us will be issued free of charge to members (but at additional cost for non-members).

As a Private GP clinic we are unable to issue NHS prescriptions, however, we can give you a complimentary report with the rationale for prescribing so that you may inform your NHS GP and request a prescription from them.

Please inform us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment so we can offer this to other patients. Patients will be charged the full cost of the missed consultation if less then 24 hours notice is given.

Please be punctual for your appointments so that other patients are not inconvenienced. If you are running late please call us, we will try our best to accommodate you, or reschedule your appointment.

Home visits are available at additional cost and are not included in membership packages. Please see our fee guide.

Your membership perfectly complements Private Medical Insurance and ensures a seamless private experience. Our admin staff would be happy to talk through specific details personally.
All referral letters for members are provided without extra charge. Our doctors are completely independent of all hospitals. In the event of needing specialist referrals, we will endeavour to offer a choice of the most appropriate specialists that fit in with the needs of the patient.
We continually strive to improve and maintain our services by having strong governance. We have robust policies and procedures in place. Work is audited for quality assurance and we always act on any feedback from our members. We also ask patients to fill out satisfaction questionnaires and join Patient Participation Groups to give feedback if they wish.

Visiting practitioners will be attending The Mews Practice, please ask our reception for further details.

Children can only be registered as members after a parent has registered first and this membership must last the duration of the child’s membership. However, children can be seen on a case by case basis without having to take out membership.

We offer all these services, please see our fees.
