Female Sexual Optimisation
We provide personal, discrete and customised healthcare services for women. From wellbeing therapy, aesthetic treatments, sexual health and hormone therapy, our comprehensive feminine health services address all your health concerns to get your quality of life back on track.
Labia Puff
An innovative treatment to give you confidence in your most intimate area.
Many women develop laxity and deflation of the labia majora as they age. Decreases in estrogen may contribute to ageing in this delicate area just like in the face. After child birth and around menopause are common times when women notice this problem. The wrinkling and laxity can be addressed by using a long lasting French dermal filler called Desirial, produced specifically for this purpose.
BHRT (Hormone Therapy)
Women and men need a balanced endocrine system as hormones regulate our bodily functions. Throughout different stages in our lives our bodies change. As we age our hormones (oestrogen, progesterone and testosterone) decline, which impact our behaviour and our functioning. BHRT is a process of re balancing the naturally occurring hormones which have depleted due to age. The Mews Practice is in partnership with the Marion Gluck Clinic to bring you this service
Wellbeing Therapy
In today’s hectic world we can easily find ourselves emotionally and physically exhausted. This might be a good time for you to consider if you are making enough time for your emotional and physical health right now?
Vaginal Rejuvenation
As women get older, they may have feminine health concerns that they feel embarrassed to discuss. Often caused by childbirth, menopause or just natural ageing, there are many vaginal issues that can adversely affect women’s comfort and confidence in daily life. If you’re suffering, know that you are not alone. And know that we can help. At the Mews Practice, we use a revolutionary new treatment called Votiva by InMode.
Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP)
One of our most progressive ways to treat sports injury so you can recover from injury faster is Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy or PRP. During this regenerative treatment, we extract the plasma from your blood, concentrate it and reintroduce it to your affected area. This can help to effectively heal injured joints, muscles, ligaments and tendons.
Nutritional Therapy
Nutritional Therapy not simply about ‘food’. Grounded in recognised science and evidence-based research it examines how our health can be affected by not only what we eat but also by our lifestyle, emotions, genetics, environmental toxins and stressors. Our Nutritional Therapist, Sarah Wragg, was trained from the Functional Medicine approach to nutrition.
Contraception
We offer a broad range of contraception options at The Mews Practice. Our GP’s can discuss the contraception options to find the right route for the patient.
Pneumonia Vaccine
Protect yourself against pneumonia and reduce your chances of becoming seriously ill with the pneumonia vaccination – available now in London and Guildford.
Iron Infusion
Iron deficiency is also know an Anaemia. Anemia occurs when there are low levels of haemoglobin in the red bloods cells. Issues such as blood loss or digestive problems may lead of an iron deficiency and anaemia. Providing iron intravenously can be more effective as it relies on the iron being delivered in a way that bypasses the digestive process.
The Mews Practice provides an intravenous treatment for patients who have low levels of iron in the body. Over time low levels of iron can lead to anaemia, where haemoglobin levels are low or red blood cells are fewer than normal.
Carboxy Therapy
Carboxytherapy is the administration of carbon dioxide gas for therapeutic purposes. This carbon dioxide can actually be very useful. Dark under-eye circles, cellulite, and scars are believed to caused, at least in part, due to poor blood-flow to the region. Carboxy Therapy is a non-surgical option to sculpt your face and body. Carboxy can also be used to combat hair loss.
